Having grown up in a communist country, where the concept of brands vying for one's attention wasn't a thing, Slavka's admiration for aspirational storytelling and marketing started with illegally watching Western commercials on neighboring Austria's TV stations.
She has since pursued her passion in creative advertising, brand management, and product marketing at some of the world's most influential global brands, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Nike, and adidas. Her experience spans the corporate, startup, and non-profit worlds. She is a dual US and EU citizen with a Kellogg MBA from Northwestern University.
Slavka is driven by mentoring women and teaching the next-gen of marketers. Before finding her groove in consumer-centric marketing, she acted on her love for storytelling as a broadcast journalist.
Hailing from Brazil and landing a student-athlete scholarship at Clemson University in his youth Fabio was on a path to becoming the next soccer star. After realizing that roughly 200 million other people were chasing the same dream.
He embarked on a fulfilling leadership journey across six countries and five continents. His endless curiosity led him across product marketing, brand management, and entrepreneurship. Fabio has worked with some of the most loved brands, including Nokia, Nike, adidas, and Saucony.
He holds a Kellogg MBA, is an adjunct professor and serves as an Executive Board Member at The Erwin Center For Brand Communications at Clemson University.
